Where is Smithfield Storage located?
Smithfield Storage has three great locations. Find is in Keller, TX at 2060 Whitley Road and 4270 Keller Hicks Rd. We also have a location at
7510 Smithfield Rd, North Richland Hills, TX 76180.

What are the office hours?
We answer calls Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

When can I access my unit?
Access your unit daily from 5 AM to 10 PM.

What security features do you offer?
Our facilities are fully fenced, gated, and under 24-hour video surveillance.

Do you offer parking?
We offer indoor and outdoor parking for RVs, cars, boats, and other vehicles.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids.
